Warwick, RI Elder Law Firm
Are you a "people person" with a heart for helping seniors and their families? Our busy Elder Law practice in Warwick is looking for a non-smoking, friendly,, meticulous, and professional Legal Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
In our firm, you aren’t just answering phones—you are the first voice of comfort for clients navigating important life transitions. We pride ourselves on a welcoming atmosphere and are looking for someone who reflects that same energy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- The Face of the Firm: Greeting clients with a genuine smile and making them feel at home.
- The Hub of Communication: Managing a multi-line phone system with patience and clarity.
- The Detail Detective: Assisting with document preparation, filing, and ensuring every "i" is dotted and "t" is crossed.
- The Calendar Master: Coordinating appointments and keeping our busy office on track.
What We Are Looking For

- Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Status: Part-Time (20 hours per week).
