Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a plasma torch to cut aluminum and stainless steel components
- Wear required PPE at all times, including helmet with face shield and anti-burn gear
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Maintain equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly
- Assist in handling and processing materials before and after cutting
- Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
- Basic understanding of metals, specifically aluminum and stainless steel
- Previous experience with plasma torch operation preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to wear PPE and work in physically demanding conditions
- Industrial or fabrication shop setting
- Exposure to heat, noise, and metal fumes
- Physically active role requiring standing, bending, and lifting
- Full-time; shift details to be provided during the interview
