IT Administrator

Kforce has a client seeking a IT Administrator in Auburn, CA. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a documentation project involving the creation and maintenance of site information records. This role will focus on collecting, organizing, updating, and consolidating site-related information, photographs, and supporting documentation into standardized formats. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and large volumes of information. Responsibilities:

• Gather and organize information from multiple sources
• Update and maintain site records, documentation, and photographs
• Consolidate data into standardized templates and summary documents
• Review materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Maintain organized project files and document repositories
• Track updates and ensure information remains current
• Communicate effectively with team members to clarify and verify information
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience working with document management systems; Box experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to compile and summarize information from various sources
• Strong administrative, data entry, or office support experience preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed
• Ability to work onsite in Auburn, CA daily
