Production Manufacturing Packaging Associate

Pay: $18 Schedule: Various shifts available

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Manufacturing Packaging Associates to join our growing team. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by assembling, packaging, labeling, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Package and label finished products according to company specifications.
• Inspect products for quality defects and ensure compliance with production standards.
• Assemble components and perform light manufacturing duties as assigned.
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Sort, count, and prepare products for shipping and distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Accurately complete production paperwork and reports.
• Assist with inventory, material handling, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or packaging experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
