Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and skilled MIG Welder to join our team in Center Point, AL. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG welding, be comfortable working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment, and take pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on metal components and fabricated parts.
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and welding specifications as needed.
- Prepare, fit, and align metal pieces before welding.
- Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with additional fabrication and production duties as needed.
- Previous MIG welding experience preferred.
- Ability to use welding equipment and basic measuring tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical job demands.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- $20.00 per hour
