Must Have: Experience driving operations, team development, and strategic growth:

• 10+ years’ executive experience running $5-$10M commercial services business in landscaping, snow removal, tree service, or similar.
• Proven expertise in process improvement , estimating systems, team recruitment and development, and commercial client relations.
• Experienced in accounting oversight of P&L and making decisions to improve the positive business growth at both top and bottom line.

• $160K-$200K total compensation package (base salary + significant profit sharing / bonus tied to growth and performance).

As President you will lead all operations, growth initiatives, team leadership, and systems improvement for a $5M operations:

• Optimize field operations , maintenance programs, snow response systems, fleet/resource allocation, and estimating for maximum efficiency, profitability.

• Drive commercial client growth and retention through superior service, relationships, and end-to-end solutions.

• Oversee budgeting, vendor management , compliance, insurance, financial reporting, and continuous improvement (including CRM and other systems) to create scalable, professional operations.
