Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Fort Wayne leadership team in the role of Respiratory Care Services Manager. Assist in the planning, directing and overall operation of quality Respiratory Care Services and to maintain responsibility and accountability. Through direct clinical leadership, ongoing outcome analysis and program development, is responsible for quality patient outcomes, high customer satisfaction, and efficient, productive use of personnel, material and financial resources. Serves as a liaison between various departments and leadership and collaborates to ensure quality process and policies are in place. Responsible for system-wide respiratory service integration and interdisciplinary collaboration within the Indiana University Health System. This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift at Fort Wayne Hospital. Candidates should have previous people leadership or project/program management experience. Key Relationships Reports to: Allied Health Director Direct Reports: TBD Key Relationships: Nursing Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Requires Associates degree in Respiratory Care. Bachelor's degree preferred. Requires graduation from a CoARC (Commission of Accreditation for Respiratory Care) and regionally accredited Respiratory Care Program. Requires licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of Indiana. Requires current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) from NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care).
