Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Description:


The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience from order placement through resolution of inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while working in a high-volume environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
• Process customer orders and maintain order information within the company's CRM/ERP system.
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, order updates, shipping, returns, and general account inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions or partnering with internal departments when escalation is needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and account activity.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Build product knowledge to confidently assist customers and provide accurate information.
• Contribute to process improvements by sharing customer feedback and identifying recurring issues.
• Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience supporting a product-based business.
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is preferred.
• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems along with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
