They are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support a busy team during a temporary leave of absence. The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience from order placement through resolution of inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while working in a high-volume environment. Key responsibilities include: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy. Process customer orders and maintain order information within the company's CRM/ERP system. Assist customers with questions regarding products, order updates, shipping, returns, and general account inquiries. Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions or partnering with internal departments when escalation is needed. Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and account activity. Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Build product knowledge to confidently assist customers and provide accurate information. Contribute to process improvements by sharing customer feedback and identifying recurring issues. Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned. Qualifications: 13 years of customer service experience supporting a product-based business. Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is preferred. High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred. Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems along with Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
