About the Job:
Farmers Insurance is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our growing team as Insurance Producers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, wants to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry, and is looking for uncapped earning potential.
You'll market and sell insurance products such as auto, home, life, and commercial policies, while building strong relationships with clients and prospects in your community.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Identify and develop leads through networking, referrals, and marketing
Educate customers on coverage options and help them choose policies that meet their needs
Meet sales goals and contribute to the agencys growth
Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients regularly
Stay up-to-date on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards
RequirementsQualifications:
Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus (but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
