Job Summary:
Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated and career-driven individuals to join our Protégé Program. This role offers hands-on training in sales, customer service, and agency operations, with the goal of preparing you to run your own Farmers Insurance agency.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Learn to quote and sell insurance products including auto, home, and life
- Provide support and service to existing clients
- Help manage daily agency operations
- Participate in training and mentorship programs
- Develop skills in marketing, sales, and business management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to obtain a Property Casualty license (assistance provided)
