We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $112,320 to $128,960, along with a no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.

• The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
• This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities.
• Collaboration with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician is essential for delivering patient-specific medical care.
• Providing primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in partnership with other medical providers is a key duty.
• Working alongside Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassion is vital.

• The Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
• For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also necessary.
• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
• In states where practice regulations permit, an unrestricted professional license and DEA are required for both APRNs and PAs.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range: USD $112,320.00 - USD $128,960.00 per year.
