Senior Compliance Analyst

Lead and manage the preparation, submission, and monitoring of license applications and renewals Maintain and audit comprehensive records of licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation Interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements to organizational processes Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and internal leadership on licensing matters Develop and implement process improvements for licensing workflows Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to senior management Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations affecting licensing requirements Requirements High school Diploma or GED required 4+ years in licensing, regulatory compliance, or contract management Experience managing complex licensing projects and regulatory audits Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems Exceptional communication and leadership skills If working at home, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required Industry-specific expertise in pharmaceuticals or healthcare preferred Knowledge of federal and state regulatory frameworks preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or related field preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing licensing applications and regulatory compliance, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulations and implement process improvements.
