Senior Manager, International Tax

Leading a team of tax professionals, the full-time Senior Manager, International Tax will manage U.S. international tax compliance and reporting, oversee foreign income tax compliance, and drive process improvements through automation in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Own and manage end-to-end U.S. international tax compliance, including technical analysis and coordination with external advisors Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to provide data and operational perspectives on U.S. international and foreign tax matters Lead and develop overseas teams responsible for foreign corporate income tax compliance and related filings across multiple jurisdictions Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 10+ years of progressive experience in U.S. international tax for multinational companies, including public accounting or in-house corporate tax roles Hands-on experience with ASC 740 for income taxes, including international and foreign components of the tax provision Strong experience overseeing foreign corporate income tax compliance and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions Demonstrated people leadership experience, including setting expectations and developing team members
