ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Ive been with State Farm for a little over 10 years, and my agency is built around service, professionalism, and genuine connection. I hold the ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation from The American College of Financial Services, which reflects my strong focus on financial guidance and long-term protection for our customers. Family is incredibly important to me, and when Im not in the office youll likely find me spending time with my 11-year-old sonriding bikes, exploring theme parks in Orlando, or relaxing at the beach here in Boca Raton.

Community involvement is at the heart of who I am. I proudly serve as a Board Member of the Boca Raton YMCA, support their financial assistance program, and chair the Hispanic fundraising event Baila Conmigo. Im also active with the Downtown Boca Raton Rotary Club, the Boca Chamber of Commerce, and the Womens Executive Club of South Palm Beach. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Fernanda Macedo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
