Supercuts of South Miami needs an experienced and ambitious Salon Manager to lead our stylists in a positive and energetic work environment, and to ensure the success of our team and the salon. Primary Responsibilities Include: Manage our team of licensed stylists Contribute to the team by performing salon services Lead employees to success by providing leadership Market the salon and build clientele Recruit and train stylists Encourage customer retention and cultivate new business Create a work environment that encourages employee growth and success Successful Candidates Must Have: Three+ years of salon management experience Five years of salon experience (prior Supercuts experience is a plus) Ability to be flexible with schedule and to work some nights and weekends Team player with a positive, upbeat attitude Proficient in English and Spanish FL cosmetology license Valid DL and reliable transportation At Supercuts, we believe in nurturing the careers and professional development of our managers,we offer ongoing opportunities for training and continuing education.
