This will cover the Kingsland/Brunswick, GA territory.

This is a high-impact, high-earning field sales role where you control your success.  This is a full commission sales position with uncapped earnings potential. Estimated annual earnings of $100,000-$130,000+, with top performers exceeding $175,000.  Culligan is the global leader in water treatment, and we're growing our residential sales team with motivated, coachable professionals who want to build a high-earning, long-term career.

What You'll Do  

• Take daily ownership of your territory and be accountable for “hunting” for additional business opportunities while also servicing company-provided leads

• Conduct in-home water consultations, assess customer needs, and present customized water treatment solutions that help homeowners improve their water quality. 

• Build long-term relationships with homeowners while generating new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement. 

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while tracking activity and providing regular updates to management. 
  
  
  

What Makes You a Strong Fit  

• You’re self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with a desire to improve your skills by utilizing proven strategies, techniques, and best practices

• You’re competitive, driven, and motivated by achieving results 

• Minimum one year of sales experience 

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred 

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 

• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred
