What you’ll be doing

• Own and drive the vision and outcomes for foundational product areas, ensuring systems meet the highest standards of reliability and integrity.
• Translate complex compliance, audit, and financial requirements into clear, actionable product direction.
• Shape and communicate a compelling product roadmap while balancing priorities, risks, and trade-offs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations to deliver aligned, scalable solutions.
• Identify and unblock cross-team dependencies, ensuring smooth execution against key milestones.
• Drive clarity and accountability through measurable outcomes and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, elevating capability and impact.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Highly organized and execution-focused, with a bias toward delivering outcomes.
• Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset, with experience defining and tracking meaningful success metrics.
