Delivery Truck Driver - Non CDL - $500 Sign On Bonus

Job Overview Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On call rotation during weekends every 5th week). Sign‑on bonus: $500, paid out after 90 days of employment. Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Safe Driver incentive Hourly bonus potential Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, Wellness Programs 401(K) retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off: vacation, sick, personal, holiday, and parental leave Employee Assistance Programs Associate discounts Community involvement opportunities Opportunities for growth and advancement both professionally and financially Qualifications 0-3 years of delivery driving experience preferred Valid state‑issued driver’s license required Must be at least 21 years of age Follow all DOT standards and regulations Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements Ability to lift water heaters up to 1,500 lbs Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery, is a plus Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads Responsibilities Deliver water heaters (150–1,500 lbs) with the assistance of a dolly Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Fuel the truck as needed and report any problems or issues to a supervisor Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material Ability to work overtime as needed Pre‑employment drug and background screening required Earnings Pay Range: $15.61 – $23.41 per hour.
