Shipping & Inventory Associate
Massillon Mancan is assisting a local company in hiring a Shipping & Inventory Associate.
We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual who is ready to start in the shipping department and grow into a long-term career with this company. This position offers the opportunity to learn inventory management and purchasing for the right candidate.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Starting Pay:
Starting at $18.00/hour, with flexibility based on experience, work history, and references.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and ship outgoing orders.
Lift and move boxes and materials as needed.
Operate a stand-behind Combi-Lift forklift (experience preferred).
Maintain an organized shipping area.
Assist with inventory and warehouse operations.
Learn additional responsibilities, including inventory management and purchasing, as you grow with the company.

Qualifications:
Forklift certification preferred.
Stand-behind Combi-Lift experience is a plus, but training and certification are available for candidates willing to learn.
Comfortable using computers.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
Eager to learn new skills and grow within the company.
Able to lift boxes and perform the physical duties of the position.
