Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Per Diem

Langdon Place of Exeter – Exeter, NH

Langdon Place of Exeter is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on a Per Diem basis.

This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for a flexible schedule while still being part of a supportive, resident-focused team. Pick up shifts based on facility needs and your availability while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Per Diem LPN, you'll have the flexibility to work around your schedule while being part of a team that values collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional resident care.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and standards of care

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor residents and promptly identify and report changes in condition

• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans

• Supervise and provide guidance to nursing assistants and other care staff as appropriate

• Ensure resident rights, dignity, privacy, safety, and independence are maintained

• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in condition

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care

• Current New Hampshire LPN license in good standing or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire

• Previous assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs
