This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, thrives in fast‑paced environments, takes pride in helping others during difficult situations, and wants to grow within the Restoration Industry. Duties & Responsibilities Thoroughly clean smoke residue from contents and structures Pack, move, and protect contents carefully to avoid damage Photograph, identify, and inventory contents accurately Perform post‑job site cleaning and maintain clean, organized work areas Respond to restoration, remediation, damage, and sanitary cleaning jobs according to IICRC standards and company processes Establish and maintain schedules to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner Maintain timely communication with peers regarding job status, scope of work, and documentation Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness Utilize proper PPE and follow all company safety procedures Cross‑train in related restoration services and assist with additional duties as needed Demonstrate a strong desire to work with your hands and be part of a team‑focused environment Requirements & Skills Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get dirty Positive attitude with empathy and strong customer service skills Eagerness to learn and grow within the Restoration Industry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Ability to pass a drug test and extensive background screening Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods, working at elevated heights, and working in confined spaces while wearing PPE Available for full-time work with overtime and on‑call rotations Why Join Rainbow Restoration?
