Position Overview

As a School Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs while serving as a key member of a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to develop and implement effective student support plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students with diverse needs

• Provide input and support for IEPs and IHPs

• Deliver social-emotional and behavioral interventions

• Support students' mental health and overall well-being

• Partner with families, teachers, and staff to ensure student success

• Maintain documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements

• Active School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement (M310)

• MSW or LCSW may be required per assignment

• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB screening and health clearance as required

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
