Are you a driven, relationship-focused banking professional with a passion for helping businesses grow? Waukesha State Bank is seeking a Commercial Banker to develop and manage a strong portfolio of business clients. In this role, you'll leverage your networking skills, community involvement, and financial expertise to generate new commercial loans, analyze credit applications, and provide tailored banking solutions. From initial contact through closing and beyond, you'll serve as a trusted partner, ensuring each client receives professional, friendly, and efficient service. With the support of our dedicated Commercial Operations team, you'll have the resources to build lasting relationships while making a direct impact on local businesses and our community.

We're looking for a motivated professional with at least four years of commercial lending experience and a strong understanding of commercial loan and cash management products. A background in SBA lending is a plus!
