Unit Overview

Join a 32-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located on the 1st floor. The unit is staffed by RNs and CNAs and operates with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, supporting high-acuity patients in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Common diagnoses include:

• Respiratory failure
• Cardio/pulmonary disease
• Sepsis
• Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive critical care assessments
• Administer complex treatments and medications
• Monitor and manage unstable patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• 1+ year ICU experience OR 1+ year nursing experience in any setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $74,880 – $100,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Potential (based on experience/qualifications)
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)
