Margarine Plant Operator & QA Specialist

Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices. Verify quality control items for the many different orders that are produced, (ex. weights, codes, packaging material). Understand and ensure proper cooling for product as necessary. Able to C.I.P. all equipment assigned with margarine systems. Maintain proper documentation in all record keeping formats. Demonstrate an understanding of the products manufactured and the processes involved. Supervise general laborers effectively to meet daily demands. Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the plant as needed. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. #J-18808-Ljbffr Grassland Dairy Products, Inc.
