Key Responsibilities Engage Guests Create positive, memorable experiences through friendly and enthusiastic interactions. Manage Guest Flow Help maintain safe, organized, and enjoyable queue lines. Maintain Attraction Standards Keep retail and public areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Support Daily Operations Follow opening, closing, and operational procedures while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications & Experience About You 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus. Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room. Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills. Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team. Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
