Travel Physical Therapist - $2,764 per week

Position Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Reno, Nevada. The role requires a 40‑hour work week, 8‑hour days, and is classified as a Travel position. Responsibilities As a PT, you will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and execution of a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians) Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within the setting for facility Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within the respective state Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plan of care Understand adaptive equipment Evaluate and create a plan of care Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient’s condition Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged) BLS certification State‑specific licensing Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and bend, lean or stoop without difficulty Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology Additional Notes Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply.
