Financial Systems Business Analyst - Local Florida only

Duration: 12 months with possible extension Pay Rate: $65-75/hr on W2 OR $75-85/hr on 1099/C2C Position Summary Seeking an experienced Financial Systems Business Analyst to lead process redesign and optimization for enterprise financial systems. Serve as the key liaison between Finance, Accounting, and IT to ensure seamless ERP implementations aligned with GAAP and business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end analysis, redesign, and implementation of financial processes for system upgrades and integrations. Document current/future-state processes, define metrics, and drive user adoption/change management. Translate finance/accounting needs into system specifications; ensure compliance with GAAP, audits, and controls. Manage enterprise projects, mentor juniors, and advise on emerging technologies/strategic roadmaps. Required Qualifications 8-10 years in system integrations with deep financial systems and ERP expertise. Strong GAAP/compliance knowledge; proven Excel proficiency for analysis/reporting. Excellent communication for executive presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
