Key Responsibilities Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by the Clinical Director. Ensure 25 billable hours per week (both hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment). Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings. Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver sessions (minimum one per client per month). Provide ethical, individualized programming and oversee program implementation in both center‑based and community settings. Design & implement Treatment Plans, update progress reports, and conduct initial and ongoing assessments. Direct, lead & supervise behavior technicians, including oversight of RBT supervision hours. Stay current on research and best practices. Act as a therapist substitute when needed. Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community. Support Clinical Directors with initial assessments and student supervision. Assist with interim care for potential clients. Document all activities per BACB guidelines and funder guidelines. Basic & Essential Functions Lift and carry clients weighing at least 30 pounds. Restrain/hold/transport clients with rapid body movements as directed in the Behavior Support Plan. Maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending) for extended periods. Walk and run to chase clients while maintaining a three‑foot distance. Carry out basic needs (feeding, diapering, toileting, dressing). Use manual dexterity for data collection on computers or electronic devices. Read and comprehend written communication electronically or on paper. Transfer written data to electronic files or database systems. Work extended periods on a computer at a desk or floor. Assemble, clean, and maintain therapy space, including toys and furniture. Administer medication to clients. Job Requirements BCBA or BCBA‑D certification. Licensure in the states of practice (where applicable). Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction (preferred). Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Excellent written & oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers. Excellent time management and proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. Detail oriented, flexible, and adaptable to team needs across the organization. Integrity and professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and background in a primarily Mac OS environment. Ability to quickly learn the organization’s technology platforms, including CentralReach and Tableau.
