Inside Sales Representative

Propel Air Fans is seeking a motivated and dependable Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Stafford, Texas. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, respond to incoming inquiries, follow up on sales opportunities, prepare quotes, and help customers identify the right commercial or industrial airflow solution for their space. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to support customers throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls, emails, and sales inquiries Contact and follow up with prospective customers Learn Propel Air Fans’ products and clearly communicate their features and benefits Prepare quotes and maintain accurate customer information Build relationships with customers, contractors, distributors, and industry partners Coordinate with the sales, installation, and operations teams Maintain organized records of conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups Support company sales goals and business-development efforts Ideal Candidate Confident and professional communicator Friendly, dependable, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email Able to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks Willing to learn about commercial and industrial airflow products Previous experience in sales, customer service, construction, electrical, HVAC, or commercial equipment is helpful but not required.
