As a Lead Litigation Attorney, you will serve as lead counsel in contested family law cases, including divorce, custody, parenting time disputes, support matters, modifications, enforcement actions, relocations, and other complex, high-conflict proceedings. You will maintain substantial ownership of your cases while collaborating closely with partners, associates, and legal support staff to deliver exceptional client service and results. The attorney will serve as a key advocate for the firm and its clients, managing cases through all stages of litigation with professionalism, strategic judgment, and a strong courtroom presence. The ideal candidate is an experienced litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound legal and tactical judgment, and demonstrates exceptional preparation and advocacy throughout the litigation process.
