Work Schedul e: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Monday, Friday Remote, Tuesday-Thursday On-Site) A highly creative and collaborative self-starter who works on concurrent time-sensitive design projects across digital and print mediums. Utilizes strong conceptual and production design skills and a variety of graphics software to ideate, develop and deliver marketing materials consistent with the AAA brand. Must have stellar attention to detail, the ability to work independently and cross-functionally with a team, a future-focused mindset, and a passion to bring campaigns and projects to life with original ideas. What you will do: Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging marketing materials across multiple channels including: digital ads, emails, website content, and social media, print ads, banners, presentations, motion graphics, animation, and more Translate creative briefs into compelling campaigns that align with business objectives Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders from concept through execution Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Present creative concepts and designs confidently to internal teams and leadership Ensure consistency with brand standards, style guides, and templates Continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to elevate creative output Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices—and apply them to your work What you will bring: Strong conceptual thinking, design execution, and storytelling abilities Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally A future-focused mindset and passion for creative innovation Education: Bachelor's Degree Concentration in digital or graphic design, marketing or related field; or 6-8 years of additional relevant experience Experience 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or corporate) A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work required AAA Northeast is proud of our diverse culture, fostered by the many talents, skills, passions, and expertise of our employees.
