Pediatric Primary Therapy Associate Director

Compasshealthcenter is seeking an Associate Director of Primary Therapy for Under 18 programs located in Oak Brook, Illinois. This role involves leading a team of Primary Therapists while actively participating in patient care. You will facilitate individual therapy sessions and support the quality of clinical programming. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree, be a licensed clinician with over 4 years of experience, and be proficient in evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT.
