Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (PDN) – RN/LPN – 1:1 Ratio

We're hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in, Missouri. You'll work one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing the kind of focused, skilled care that's nearly impossible to deliver in a facility setting.

The Details

• 1:1 patient ratio — one nurse, one patient, every shift
• Multiple pediatric cases currently open in the area, so we can often match you to a schedule that fits your life — days, nights, or weekends
• Cases vary in acuity; many involve trach, ventilator, or G-tube care, so experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus
• Pay discussed at interview and based on experience

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home

Requirements

What You Bring

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in Missouri
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Experience providing nursing care in a home setting for patients with complex medical needs is a plus.
• Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided!)
• Hands-on experience with specific pediatric home-care needs or equipment is a plus.
• Experience partnering closely with families and care teams.
