Senior AI Systems & Operations SpecialistLocation: Winter Park, FL (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Systems & Operations Specialist to lead AI integration, automation, data management, and internal operations within a dynamic creator marketing and growth environment. As the primary operations lead on our onsite team, you will collaborate directly with leadership to architect intelligent systems, optimize operational workflows, and ensure the reliability of our day-to-day business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows, automations, and internal toolsets.Develop robust automation solutions utilizing Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, and webhooks.Enhance data integrity, develop insightful dashboards, and manage internal reporting portals.Monitor system performance, conduct proactive troubleshooting, and perform root-cause analysis.Author comprehensive recovery plans, technical documentation, process diagrams, and operational checklists.Provide clear status reporting, including the identification and mitigation of project risks.Evaluate AI-generated outputs to maintain rigorous quality standards through human oversight.Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols regarding sensitive information and system access.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in AI systems, automation, operations, or a related technical discipline.Proven systems-thinking approach with advanced problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency in several of the following technologies:o Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).o Automation Platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n).o Technical Integrations (APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols).o Data Management (Google Workspace, advanced spreadsheets, SQL, and database systems).o Programming (JavaScript or Python).o System Monitoring (Alerting, logging, and performance testing).Exceptional documentation and follow-through skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Fluency in English.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Must be available to work onsite in Winter Park, FL.
