Registered Respiratory TherapistThe Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for delivering respiratory therapy services as prescribed by a provider order. This role requires specialized knowledge and skills to ensure effective patient care in a clinical setting.Mandatory QualificationsRegistered Respiratory Therapist credentials (RRT)BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationWork Environment / Physical RequirementsThe position may require sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating for extended periods throughout the day. Responsibilities may include lifting up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. The incumbent must have normal visual and auditory ranges, with or without correction, and possess finger dexterity to operate office equipment. Additionally, there is potential exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and chemicals.Shift InformationThis role involves night shifts at 36 hours per week, typically from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday coverage required.ExperienceA minimum of one year of relevant experience is required for this position.Certifications / RequirementsBLS/BCLSRRT
