Server Position

We are looking to add servers to our team.

A restaurant server in an upscale resort restaurant is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing professional, attentive, and personalized service to guests. The server greets guests, presents menus, explains food and beverage offerings, takes orders accurately, and ensures meals are served efficiently and to the highest standards. They maintain extensive knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials while anticipating guest needs to create a memorable luxury dining experience.

The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to hospitality excellence. Servers work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service, resolve guest concerns promptly, and uphold the resort's standards for quality, elegance, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP's
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
• Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
• Complete all closing side work at end of shift
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
• Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous experience a plus
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
