Responsibilities Lead by example and serve as a role model for efficient property maintenance operations. Dedicate time to hiring, developing, and providing on-the-job and classroom education opportunities to techs and community care associates. Show care and concern for residents through timely follow-up and meticulous completion of apartment service tickets. Resolve maintenance issues involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Manage the make‑ready and apartment turnover process with attention to detail and timeliness so apartments can be leased and new residents can move in. Preserve the beauty and safety of the community through general upkeep, cleanliness, and grounds maintenance. Sustain peak efficiency operation levels for all property components. Adhere to applicable building, county, and safety codes and standards while running an accident‑free operation. Reinforce monthly staffing schedules, ensuring 24/7 emergency coverage. Consider experience troubleshooting HVAC systems. Provide valid driver’s license. Qualifications EPA certification Type II or Universal required. Valid driver’s license.
