Installation Service Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Service Technician based in Overland Park, KS. The Installation Service Technician will handle installation, setup, and maintenance of audio-visual and communication systems. The role includes troubleshooting system issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery, and maintaining a professional level of communication with clients. The technician will collaborate with team members to execute projects efficiently, support field service operations, and provide technical guidance during system installations. Qualifications Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Field Service to resolve technical issues and ensure system performance Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to foster positive client relationships and deliver tailored solutions Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with customers Ability to work independently and solve problems in a time-sensitive manner Basic understanding of audio-visual and communication technology; previous experience in system installation is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to project sites Technical certifications or a background in electronics, engineering, or a related field are preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Electronics
