Onsite Customer Care Specialist - Financial Wellness

OneMain Financial

OneMain Financial is hiring a Customer Care Specialist in West Valley City, UT. As the face of the company, you will handle customer service calls covering account details, insurance claims, and payment deferments. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution. This position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts.
