Pediatric Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Great Neck, NY

Salary: Up to $80,000/year (based on experience) + Benefits
Full-Time | Perm
Schedule

• Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
• Start as early as 9:00 AM, end no later than 6:30 PM
• No weekends or on-call

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist. This is an outpatient pediatric role in a modern sensory gym, working alongside a collaborative team of OTs and Speech Therapists.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based outpatient pediatric physical therapy
• Evaluate and treat children with developmental delays and physical challenges
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists, families, and care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Manage a daily caseload of 9–15 patients
• Educate caregivers on home programs and progress
• Participate in team meetings and care coordination

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York (or eligible)
• 3–5 years pediatric experience (required)
• Outpatient pediatric experience preferred
• Experience with EI, CPSE, CSE, and insurance-based care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care
