What We Offer Full-Time Position Competitive Pay Daily Pay Available Get Paid When You Want Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Overtime Opportunities Career Growth & Advancement Supportive Leadership Team Stable Employment in Healthcare What You'll Do Medical Records Maintain accurate and organized resident medical records File, scan, organize, and retrieve medical documentation Assist with medical record audits and ensure records are complete and accurate Support admissions, discharges, and record retention Enter and maintain information in the facility's electronic medical record system Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Work with nursing and other departments to obtain missing or required documentation Central Supply Order, receive, organize, and distribute medical supplies Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Monitor inventory levels and identify supply needs Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records Coordinate with vendors and assist with deliveries Distribute supplies to nursing and other departments Help ensure the facility has the supplies needed to provide quality resident care What We're Looking For Previous experience in Medical Records, Central Supply, Healthcare Administration, Medical Office, Inventory, or a related role preferred Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Comfortable working with computers and electronic medical records Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Professional communication skills Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Experience with medical records or central supply is helpful, but we are also interested in candidates with strong healthcare administrative or office experience who are ready to learn.
