- Lead month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash flow processes.
- Supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals.
- Support project costing, profitability analysis, and revenue recognition activities.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen accounting controls and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and SOX-related accounting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred but not recquired.
- MUST have strong Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems.
- Knowledge of GAAP; exposure to SOX environments goes right to the top.
- Manufacturing experience a strong plus.
