THE OPPORTUNITY We are searching for an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our growing operations at our Bossier City, LA location. YOU The Inside Sales Representative's goal will be to increase their assigned customer's overall experience, identify and qualify new customers, while increasing revenue for the Sales Department. The ISR is the "voice of the dealership to the customer, and the voice of the customer to the dealership." This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to transition from real estate, mortgage, or insurance sales. YOUR CONTRIBUTION Build relationships with existing and potential customers in the territory by strategic cold calling, prospect engagement, and business development Establish customer relationships with you as a single point of contact Qualify, maintain, and update customer account and asset information using CRM system Manage CQI (Customer Quality Index) Place open dialogue calls to assigned accounts (20+ connected per day) Field and direct incoming customer calls and walk-ins appropriately Learn, understand, and advise solutions for your customer's business issues Prospect/quote/sell rental machines Generate and forward comprehensive leads for everything the Company offers Know/apply all promotions and marketing campaigns when applicable Become accustomed to understanding customer buying signals and learn to close deals Maintain knowledge of competitive pricing, procedures, and trends Understand full-range of new and existing capabilities and features of all the Company's products YOUR VALUE You will promote positive customer experience for Louisiana CAT according to Caterpillar and Louisiana CAT expectations You will develop a knowledge base of rental offerings You will maintain good work habits and positively promote Caterpillar and Louisiana CAT You will have the tools and building blocks to MAKE A CAREER here at Louisiana CAT MOST IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS HIGHLY PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field REQUIRED: Good verbal communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving ability REQUIRED: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook REQUIRED: Ability to multi-task in an organized, effectively, timely, and professional manner HIGHLY PREFERRED: Well-developed communication and organizational skills HIGHLY PREFERRED: Proficiency in computers and related software JOB FACTS SHIFT: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday Will require physical movement as listed in the job description Generous hourly base plus commissions LOUISIANA CAT BENEFITS Health, Dental, Vision, $50,000 Company Funded Life Policy (if enrolled in Health) Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance Voluntary Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Cancer, Supplemental Life and additional voluntary policies 401K Plan with Company Match Paid Holidays & Vacation Technician Tool Loan Program up to $2,000 Safety Boot / Safety Prescription Glasses Allowances Employee Discounts Credit Union Technician Career Development Program - Shop & Field Service Training SAFETY IN ALL WE DO We require strict compliance with PPE (personal protective equipment) safety regulations.
