Position: Physical Therapist
Compensation: Starting at $80,000+
Schedule: Flexible (days/evenings)
Locations: Canton, Dedham, Easton, Newton, Norton, Norwood, Sharon, Wellesley

Role Overview:

As a Physical Therapist at Marathon PT, you will assess and develop individualized care plans to help patients recover and achieve optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including evaluations, customized treatment plans, and ongoing progress assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate promptly with referring physicians.
• Engage in educational programs and participate in community events.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and corporate policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Massachusetts PT license and current CPR certification.
• EMR proficiency and strong clinical skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with frequent movement and manual dexterity.
