Sr Admin Support II

: Ryerson has an opportunity for a Senior Admin Support II position. In this role you are responsible for helping support operations and management using SAP. The future will be made from metal. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Scans and uploads various documents including rest reports and receiving paperwork and delivery receipts
• Scheduling of daily orders for shipments
• Handles local health & safety administration including coordination training, file maintenance, site specific policies
• Coordinate weekly cycle counting and ensure accuracy in the inventory on a daily basis.
• Manages the scrap process such as billing and invoicing and reconciling monthly
• Responsible for daily and monthly reports and continuous communication with sales and shipping and warehouse employees
• Ability to complete multiple projects under time constraints as required

Position Requirements: • Minimum of 1-3 years previous experience in metals industry or similar industrial background

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous general office experience
• SAP knowledge a plus
• MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Detail oriented and organized
