Staff Software Engineer - AI-Driven Operations Platform (Remote-First)

Coinbase is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for Customer Administration to lead architectural decisions and deliver critical platform capabilities. You will mentor engineers and drive cross-functional initiatives across CX, Compliance, Legal, and Security teams while advancing Control Center from a human-focused UI to a modular AI-agent-ready operations platform. You will own MCP-related infrastructure, agent orchestration, and secure data operations, partnering with Engineering Managers and #J-18808-Ljbffr Coinbase
