Come work at Frontline Personnel!We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team.Benefits We Offer Our Valued Staff:$55-$60 an hour!Variety of shifts to choose fromTrue job flexibilityA meaningful and honest job, making a difference in the comfort and wellbeing of the patients we care for.Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualification:A current occupational therapist (OT) license by the state is required.Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities:As an occupational therapist (OT) at Frontline Personnel, you will perform a variety of tasks in a long-term care rehab, skilled nursing facility for elderly patients, including:Use purposeful activities or interventions to maximize independence and maintain health in individuals with limitations due to: Physical injury or illnessCognitive impairmentPsychosocial dysfunctionMental illnessDevelopmental or learning disabilityAdverse environmental conditionsConduct skilled observation and administer or interpret standardized and non-standardized tests to identify areas needing occupational therapy services.
