Warehouse Associate
Location: Lithia Springs, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $19/hr
Kelly is seeking motivated Builder / Warehouse Associates who want to learn, grow, and succeed in a supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and assemble components using hand tools and wires
- Lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs overhead throughout your shift
- Operate material handling equipment and push/pull work racks (up to 1,100 lbs with carts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy, process RMAs, and keep records current
- Pick, pack, and prep materials for shipment under tight deadlines
- Assist with inbound/outbound shipments and keep dock areas clean
- Work in a mini-warehouse setting, delivering customer service as needed
- Stand, walk, kneel, and move for 8+ hours per day
- Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Thrive both independently and as part of a team
What You Bring:
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift/push up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite/warehouse systems)
- Ability to read/write in English and follow instructions
- Comfortable with hand tools and wires
- Composite-toed shoes
- Strong work ethic, attendance, and detail orientation
Extra Skills That Make You Stand Out:
- Experience with pallet jacks or similar equipment
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience
- Familiarity with Google Suite or warehouse management systems
